Seeking a skilled leader with HVAC expertise to join our team as Apartment Maintenance Foreman! Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs
  • Utilize your HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our apartment community
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger projects & make-ready apartments, as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
  • HVAC certification AND relevant training preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Provide own hand tools
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off site
  • Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
