Job Responsibility:
Play a key role in supporting and collaborating with the General Services team to contribute to the long-term development of general services within St. Francis Hospice Dublin
Requirements:
Hold a third level qualification to a minimum standard of Higher Certificate (Quality and Qualifications Ireland Level 6), in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Services
Possess a Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 6 (or higher) Advanced Certificate Craft Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent qualification)
Possess the National Craft Certificate issued by FETAC
Possess the Senior Trades Certificate issued by the Department of Education
Have a minimum of 3 years post qualification / apprenticeship experience in maintenance of industrial, commercial and domestic type buildings
Ability to operate across all disciplines of maintenance at trade level demonstrating a good technical knowledge of all engineering and building services within the Hospice environment
