Job Responsibility

Aid in managing & coordinating contract cleaning services and maintenance vendors, in partnership with Operations & Facilities, and providing updates and reports where necessary
Responsible for ensuring the boutique maintains a perfect and clean appearance throughout the store’s operating hours
Responsible for regular monitoring and cleaning of shelves, display cases, glass surfaces, restrooms and common areas throughout the store operating hours
Responsible for addressing and resolving assigned maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors and Store Director / Construction Department, and keeping LP and senior management informed
Supervising all technicians in store and understanding all aspects and systems in the building
Provide a daily update on Maintenance progress
Ensure safety of store staff on assigned projects and maintenance emergencies
Review environmental safety issues at the store and raise concerns to supervisor
Manage store maintenance/facilities and cleaning supplies (ie. Light bulbs, cleaning solutions, bathroom supplies, etc)
Supervise cleaning crews
