Requirements:

  • Extensive proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a high-volume manufacturing, production, or advanced industrial setting
  • Superior electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and rectification skills
  • Proficiency with complex PLC systems, SCADA, industrial control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics (essential)
  • A proactive and strategic approach to preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborative team-working abilities
  • Relevant advanced engineering qualifications (e.g., HND/Degree in Engineering, C&G, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
