Maintenance Engineer

• Resolving equipment problems on the line with production team
• Organize line walks with the team (maintenance engineer, maintenance supervisor and industrial engineer) to determine the spare and wear parts needed for the production lines
• Review the standard list of parts from the new equipment suppliers before design discussion to optimize the components according to existing stocks in the maintenance warehouse
• Perform the approval, verification and commissioning of new production equipment
• Independently provide technical support to the technicians during troubleshooting in production to solve any machine breakdown or fault in the most effective way
• Establish and improve the preventive and predictive maintenance plans for the equipment, according to suppliers recommendations, lessons learned and experience
• Active participation during design discussions, delivery releases and final acceptances of new production equipment
• Identify and follow up the processes that should be optimized according to a daily analysis of breakdowns and KPI’s

• Basic studies in the field of technical sciences
• Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position
• Technical capability and understanding of production equipment
• Solid knowledge in SAP system (module PM)
• Solid knowledge in warehouse management processes
• Solid knowledge in spare part purchasing processes
• Previous experience in Lean manufacturing, preventive and corrective maintenance
• Fluent English language skills

Basic knowledge and experience with PLC Software (Siemens S7) is desirable
