Maintenance Engineer

• Operational Readiness: Set up production lines according to the schedule and manage the end-to-end equipment maintenance program
• Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Perform hands-on maintenance and coordinate specialized repairs with external vendors and service providers
• Quality & Compliance: Assist the Head of Quality with Equipment Qualification programs and ensure all activities adhere to strict GMP requirements
• Safety & Regulatory: Maintain machinery in full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring a safe working environment at all times
• Asset Management: Manage spare parts inventory and technical documentation to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
• Leadership & Training: Provide technical training to the production team on machine setup and basic maintenance protocols

• Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance role, ideally within the Cosmetics, Food, or Pharmaceutical industries
• Minimum Cert IV in Engineering or a relevant technical field
• Proven experience maintaining complex cosmetics or pharmaceutical equipment (filling, packing, and mixing machinery)
• The authority and confidence to select and manage external service providers and approve maintenance procedures
• Highly proficient in maintaining up-to-date maintenance records and managing equipment manuals

A degree-qualified background in a relevant engineering discipline
