Job Description:

Are you a skilled building services maintenance technician with core strength in mechanical, plumbing and electrical maintenance? Want to take on a 4 on 4 off day shift role? This could be the opportunity for you! I am working with a leading service provider who are actively hiring for their flagship commercial site in the City of London.

Job Responsibility:

PPMs and reactive maintenance on plumbing and mechanical plant installations
Fixing leaks/leak detection
Changing faulty pipes
Boiler inspections
Servicing chillers
Servicing TMVs
AHU/FCU maintenance - changing filters, actuators, belts, motors
Replacing valves
Servicing on-site Air conditioning systems
Servicing sump pumps
Replacing mechanical seals
General fabric maintenance
Fire Alarm / Emergency light testing
Sprinkler testing
Basic electrical maintenance

Requirements:

C&G/NVQ Level 2 Min. in plumbing or mechanical maintenance
C&G 18th Edition (desirable)
Min. 5 years building services maintenance experience

Nice to have:

C&G 18th Edition
