The maintenance engineer in this company will be responsible for the seamless operation of the production line through proactive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. Job Responsibility:
Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections, adjustments, and maintenance on core equipment, such as shredders, conveyor belts, separators (magnetic and air separators), dust collection systems, and other auxiliary equipment
Corrective Maintenance: Immediate technical intervention in the event of a breakdown or malfunction. Replacement of components, repairs, and adjustment of machinery to restore functionality
Production Support: Collaboration with production personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure the seamless operation of the production line. Ensuring minimum downtime
Continuous Improvement: Participation in technical upgrade projects or the optimization of equipment and processes. Submission of technical proposals to enhance equipment performance and reliability
Recording & Documentation: Completion of work orders and fault reports. Recording of actions in the maintenance system (AIMMS), including the spare parts used
Compliance with Regulations: Adherence to all company safety policies and environmental guidelines. Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and participation in regular fire safety and preventive maintenance drills
Requirements:
4-5 years in a similar maintenance position, preferred in an industrial or production process environment
Technical training in mechanical equipment (e.g., graduate of Vocational High School (EPAL)/Vocational Training Institute (IEK) or Technological Educational Institute (TEI) in Mechanical Engineering)
Very good knowledge of hand tools and maintenance methods
Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure
Team spirit and cooperation with different departments
Basic computer skills and experience in recording data in maintenance software
