Reactive Maintenance: Rapid response to mechanical and electrical failures
PPMs: Executing the planned maintenance schedule to keep our long-term reliability high

Requirements:
Multi-Skilled Background: Level 3 qualified (NVQ/City & Guilds) in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
PLC Competency: Proven experience fault-finding on PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Mitsubishi)
Night Shift Experience: You understand the rhythm of night work and prefer the Sunday-Thursday lifestyle
Diagnostic Mindset: You don't just fix the symptom
you find the root cause
What we offer:
Stability: We are a national manufacturer with consistent growth and investment in our Market Deeping site
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy your Friday and Saturday nights off every single week
Development: Access to internal training and opportunities to work on large-scale CAPEX projects
