Maintenance Engineer CEE

• Oversee overall maintenance processes at the EPS depot in Gliwice, including maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance, yearly maintenance plans, root cause analysis (RCA), monitoring monthly/yearly OEE, handling emergency breakdowns, spare parts management, maintenance budget, process improvements, and cost optimization
• Maintain equipment primarily at the Gliwice depot, additionally at Teresin and Ploiești depots
• Ensure depot equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with company standards, working closely with local Technicians at our depots
• Coordinate external service providers and manufacturers for planned maintenance or emergency interventions
• Participate in international company projects such as opening new depots, installing new equipment, and upgrading or modernizing existing equipment
• Work with specialized equipment including PLCs, sensors, and pumps

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer/technician in the manufacturing industry or similar maintenance activities
• Minimum of a high school education in a technical field (electrical or automation)
• Valid electrical certification in the country of employment (independent electrician level)
• Strong practical technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, heating, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot various types of equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagrams
• Good business communication skills for interaction with service providers
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables (mandatory)
