Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Electro-Mechanical Technician at the facility in Rhinelander, WI.

Requirements

  • Electrical or electronic background
  • Experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • Working knowledge of schematic diagrams
  • Basic electrician knowledge, including running conduit & sizing wiring systems
  • Some experience with AC/DC Variable Speed Drives, PC & MS Office, Automation Control Systems, HVAC Systems & PLC Programming, ARC Flash Safety, Lock-Out/Tag-Out
  • Some exposure to the NEC
  • Exceptional mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems/software
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Nice to have

  • Siemens and robotics experience
  • Welding and/or fabrication experience
  • Experience with web-handling equipment

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems by reading schematics, understanding system operations, identifying faulty components, and performing component replacement to restore equipment functionality
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery according to PM schedules
