Maintenance Electrician

• Helping to maintain our diverse property portfolio and ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant and operating at their best
• Take part in a planned on‑call rota alongside the other team members

• Experience working as an electrician within construction and building maintenance
• Skilled in M&E PPMs, reactive maintenance, fault finding and minor installation work, with experience using and testing building safety systems such as fire alarms
• Understanding of heating and ventilation system functionality is beneficial, with a willingness to further develop HVAC knowledge
• Ability to carry out small plumbing repairs
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Clear communication skills, good attention to detail and a proactive approach
• A full UK driving licence (travel across sites required)

Understanding of heating and ventilation system functionality is beneficial, with a willingness to further develop HVAC knowledge
