Working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the building's electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards.
Job Responsibility:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and power distribution
Reactive Maintenance: Rapid response to electrical faults and equipment failures across the site
Minor Installations: Small-scale project work and plant room upgrades
Compliance: Ensuring all works meet current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
Collaboration: Working alongside mechanical engineers and fabric technicians to deliver a seamless service to the client
Requirements:
Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
18th Edition (BS7671) is essential
