Job Description:

Working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the building's electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and power distribution
  • Reactive Maintenance: Rapid response to electrical faults and equipment failures across the site
  • Minor Installations: Small-scale project work and plant room upgrades
  • Compliance: Ensuring all works meet current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
  • Collaboration: Working alongside mechanical engineers and fabric technicians to deliver a seamless service to the client
