Job Responsibility

Execute various electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing environment
Complete tasks in other minor trade disciplines where competent to ensure a 'first-time fix'
Attend maintenance appointments punctually, aiming to complete works on the first visit
Diagnose remedial needs, schedule follow-up appointments when necessary, and organize required materials
Ensure a clean working environment by removing waste and debris daily upon completion of works
