Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in our Indianapolis, IN Distribution Center facility. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical components operate safely and efficiently while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. This role will also support our conveyor team as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
  • Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address electrical needs
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance work
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent electrical hazards

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as: lift 100lbs., bending, reaching, stooping, walking, standing, and climbing
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice to have:

  • Valid electrician’s license or certification (as required by state/local laws)
  • Proven experience as an electrician in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
