Job Responsibility

Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the resort's facilities, equipment, and systems in optimal condition
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, lighting, pumps, motors, and other related components
Handle general repairs, such as painting, carpentry, and drywall patching to maintain the resort's aesthetic appeal
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, addressing and resolving issues efficiently
Maintain and organize maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper storage
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations
Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with tools, equipment, and hazardous materials, ensuring a safe working environment for all
Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, to maintain accurate records and facilitate future reference
Assist in the implementation of facility improvement projects, providing technical expertise and support as needed
