Maintenance Coordinator

• Raise, schedule and track preventative, corrective and compliance maintenance work orders
• Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance schedules for technicians across the resort
• Support preventative maintenance planning and respond to urgent maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate asset records, documentation and reporting within the CMMS system
• Coordinate contractors, fleet servicing and maintenance activities
• Assist with stores management including purchasing, stock control and tool registers
• Work closely with technicians, supervisors and other departments to ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely

• Valid Open Australian Driver’s Licence (or the ability to convert to an NT licence)
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to and from work
• Experience in facilities maintenance coordination, asset management or contractor management
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience using maintenance systems, CMMS platforms or work order systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of safety and compliance requirements in operational environments
