Job Responsibility

  • Communications between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner
  • Prepare Summary of the day and pass over
  • Adhesion to KPI
  • Assignment of work order per technician
  • Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly)
  • Communicate the actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work)
  • Carry out pre and post-intervention 'go-see' operational in force
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support the preventive vision of the company
  • Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management
  • Perform RIPs (potential impact review)
  • Write work permits
  • Assist / Support the maintenance leader
  • Active participation in the DMM in order to bring the issues

Requirements

  • Secondary degree
  • Good leadership
  • Good customer service skill
  • Bilingual French and English, in both written and oral
  • Able to manage time in a high volume job environment
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of MS project suite
  • Working with an ERP module (Maximo)

  • Assist in maintaining commercial properties by self-performing minor to moderate maintenance duties, including scheduled and unscheduled events to support a customer-service and quality oriented facilities operation.
  • Promptly and independently prioritize and respond to service tickets related to minor-moderate facilities maintenance, including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC and plumbing maintenance (as allowed without a license within state law requirements) and routine carpentry work.
