This is a full-time, permanent position located in one of our offices located around Birmingham.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working alongside the local property manager and portfolio manager departments, you will help coordinate and handle all reactive maintenance that is received from Tenants on a daily basis
  • Control the job from start to finish liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
  • Effective communication across all channels, these being Landlord, Tenants, Contractors and your JSL Team
  • Use effective note taking using and within our CRM systems
