Due to expansion, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Horsforth. The salary for this role is £25,000 annually.

Job Responsibility

  • Dealing with tenants, over the telephone and via email, who have a maintenance issue with their property
  • identifying the problem and assessing if it requires a contractor to visit or if it is user error
  • liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents
