Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Building Technician with at least 2 years of general construction experience and electrical craft experience. The candidate will perform general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties
  • Knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods in addition to ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of general construction experience and electrical craft experience
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license with the ability to drive company vehicles
