Job Responsibility

  • Liaise with the Maintenance team and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance
  • Comply with all statutory and Company regulations relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety and security of the premises and property
  • Ensure that proactive and reactive day to day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards
  • Assist with ensuring that the maintenance work remains in budget and causes little disruption to guests

Requirements

  • Strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position
  • Ability to deliver great service to our guests
  • Some painting experience preferred
