Maintenance Assistant

• Support trade colleagues with completion of their tasks
• Carry out maintenance tasks unsupervised within skill set
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Assist with delivery of materials and good within the depot, and to properties owned or managed by Saffron Housing

• Relevant experience of working within the property maintenance environment
• Experience of working in a Multi Trade environment
• Experience of using a mobile device to receive and update works orders
• Excellent time management skills, including an ability to prioritise workload and meet targets
• Able to work as part of a team and independently without the need of close supervision
• Possess the following qualities: Friendly, Polite, Empathetic, Professional, Positive, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Motivated
• Current valid driver's licence
• This role is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check
• Current valid Fork-Lift licence is desirable
