About the Role The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by maintaining facilities, equipment, and grounds across Blue Ridge Care locations. This position ensures our Care Resource Centers (CRCs), Thrift Shops, and administrative spaces remain clean, safe, and functional. This role requires strong technical skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset—supporting store openings, office moves, seasonal needs, and ongoing facility maintenance throughout the service area.
