Requirements

Experience in painting and decorating

Genuine passion for providing excellent service
Experienced maintenance assistant, preferably with hotel property experience
Qualifications in Health & Safety, Electrical and Fire Safety would be advantageous
Experience with decorating or plumbing would also be beneficial

Job Responsibility

Support the Maintenance Manager by ensuring all areas of our property are presented to a very high standard
Complete any painting and decorating as required around the property
Support the maintenance team with resolving day to day maintenance issues in the bedrooms and around the property to ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience
Proactively complete all basic aspects of plumbing, minor electrical issues, decorating and maintenance jobs as required

Ensuring flower beds and planted areas are well presented and maintained, including weeding and planting new flowers
Changing gas bottles safely and efficiently
Ensuring bin bays are always kept clean and tidy
Responding to guest enquiries in a friendly and proactive manner, collaborating with the wider park teams to resolve any issues promptly
Performing pitch tidies and assisting with the moving and siting of holiday homes
Working independently and with integrity, completing assigned maintenance tasks to the highest standard while seeking support from your manager or wider team when needed
