Knowledge of the TELS Maintenance Program a plus
Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept

Job Responsibility

Assist the Plant Operations Director with the maintenance and repair program involving buildings and grounds
Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities with functions of other departments
Maintaining cleanliness
Supporting resident move-ins/move-outs
Light repairs
Completing emergency work orders
Maintain the physical plant, equipment and grounds of the facility
