Job Responsibility

Carrying out a range of maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and minor electrical work
Responding promptly to maintenance issues across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces
Supporting preventative maintenance programmes to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working order
Conducting regular safety checks, including fire alarm testing and compliance checks
Identifying and escalating any safety risks or defects promptly
Working collaboratively with all departments to support smooth hotel operations
