Job Description:

Position Summary: Responsible for the safe and timely disassembling or reassembling of production equipment, ensuring that all equipment is intact (i.e: “o” rings, gaskets, nuts & bolts) for production operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the safe and timely disassembling or reassembling of production equipment, ensuring that all equipment is intact (i.e: “o” rings, gaskets, nuts & bolts) for production operation
  • Adequate housekeeping at all times during shift, creating an organized layout for all personnel
  • Disassemble all equipment in a timely manner to prepare for sanitation
  • Re-assemble all equipment with minimal supervision or assistance
  • Detect any abnormal conditions (.ie: “o”rings, worn equipment, bearings or any bad moving parts and ability to perform preventive maintenance
  • Make minor repairs on equipment on an as-needed basis
  • Have all equipment re-assembled and ready for production start-up
  • Perform other duties as directed by the lead

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and auditing paperwork
  • Must have basic mechanical knowledge
  • Understand the basic knowledge of computers
  • Ability to effectively adapt to change
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
