You'll be working across guest rooms, bar and kitchen areas, and shared spaces, making sure everything is safe, functional, and comfortable for guests. A practical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to get stuck in are essential. No two days are the same. One day you might be repairing a bunk bed, the next helping with deliveries, setting up decorations for an event, cleaning the building exterior, or supporting housekeeping during a busy turnaround. Flexibility, initiative, and a hands-on approach are just as important as practical maintenance skills.
