Job Description

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Maintenance Administrator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is just a 20-minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Technical Services team and play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities across the resort. You will support the Maintenance Planner and wider team by managing work orders, scheduling preventative maintenance and ensuring maintenance operations run efficiently across the property.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to implementation of best practices to improve maintenance processes, reduce downtime and support efficiency
  • Support preventative maintenance planning and respond to urgent maintenance requests
  • Maintain accurate asset records, documentation and reporting within the CMMS system
  • Coordinate contractors, fleet servicing and maintenance activities
  • Assist with stores management including purchasing, stock control and tool registers
  • Work closely with technicians, supervisors and other departments to ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities maintenance coordination, asset management or contractor management
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience using maintenance systems, CMMS platforms or work order systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of safety and compliance requirements in operational environments
  • Valid Open Australian Driver's Licence (or ability to convert to NT licence)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to and from work
  • Experience in resort operations, facilities management, construction, logistics or similar environments will be highly regarded
