Job Description:

Join a leading construction services company supporting some of the UK's biggest restaurant and hotel brands. We're looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Administrator to join a friendly team in Sittingbourne.

Job Responsibility:

Setting new clients up on the job logic system
Introducing yourself as the contact for scheduling all service/planned maintenance visits during their contract
Booking maintenance and service visits up to 2 years in advance
Allocating visits to Engineers
Reviewing site documents
Tracking costs and profitability of client accounts
Raising quotations for remedial works

Requirements:

Ideally has experience in a similar role or a fast-paced admin position
Loves building and developing client relationships
Is quick to learn new computer systems
Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously
