Meticulous and experienced Accounts Administrator to join a supportive and flexible team on a part-time basis in the construction sector, ensuring smooth operation of accounts and maintenance processes

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage purchase orders and related correspondence
  • Reconcile weekly timesheets with planners and maintenance records
  • Process invoicing for extra works and services
  • Finalise invoices and maintain thorough documentation
  • Update and register maintenance contracts accurately

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with a sharp attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset, capable of problem-solving independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective file management
