Job Responsibility:

  • General maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system

Requirements:

  • Able to work a variety of shifts - AM, PM & Overnight
  • A minimum of two years building maintenance experience is required with painting, dry wall and woodwork
  • Good communication skills are necessary
  • Proficient in computer skills

Nice to have:

  • Ability to read blue prints and schematics
  • basic trouble-shooting skills
  • Previous hotel, hospital or condominium experience preferred

  • Visually inspects TSSA regulated equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions, need for repair, adjustment or lubrication and coordinated the required work.
