Job Responsibility

Serve as the subject-matter expert for Mainframe Top Secret Security (TSS) administration, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance
Perform senior-level systems administration for z/OS environments, supporting agency mainframe applications and infrastructure
Execute day-to-day system administration activities, including configuration, break/fix support, and base user account provisioning
Manage certificate renewals, TLS configurations, and access control within mainframe environments
Conduct routine security administration, performance monitoring, system monitoring, and maintenance activities
Diagnose platform and software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Support mainframe production control processes, job scheduling, and batch operations
Coordinate with Network Administration, Customer Support, and Applications Development and Support teams to ensure stable daily operations
Provide end-user support for assigned Independent Software Vendor products, including terminal emulation tools
Support data entry and control processes and oversee operational coordination within a consolidated data center environment
