Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in wealth management systems and financial services applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting mainframe-based applications that support wealth management operations such as portfolio management, client accounts, trade processing, and financial reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications supporting wealth management and investment services
  • Work with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS to build and enhance core financial applications
  • Analyze business requirements related to wealth management products, portfolio management, and client account services
  • Develop and optimize batch and online processing programs in the mainframe environment
  • Perform system enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning for existing applications
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with wealth management processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security for financial transactions and client information
  • Support production issues, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
  • Participate in system testing, code reviews, and deployment activities
  • Maintain proper technical documentation and compliance with financial regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development
  • Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS
  • Experience working with mainframe batch processing and online transaction systems
  • Mandatory experience in Wealth Management or Investment Management domain
  • Good understanding of financial products such as portfolios, investments, client accounts, and trading workflows
  • Strong SQL and database management skills
  • Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
