The Main Kitchen Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Check and complete mise en place and pars and set up the stations, ensure an adequate supply of materials for the shift
Prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing
Properly break down the station by storing foods properly and carefully after labeling them, complete requisitions when needed
Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests under Four Seasons Food Standards
Able to executive alternative cuisine
Requirements:
Conversational skills of English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages related with their jobs
High school graduate and an apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education
1-2 years culinary experience
