Job Responsibility

Receive, sort, log, and deliver incoming mail and packages
Process outbound shipments and track all mail activity for reporting purposes
Perform scheduled mail runs throughout the facility

Review electronic files to ensure print readiness
Print, bind, punch, laminate, assemble, and sort documents
Perform quality control checks prior to delivery
Support high-volume print production requests with accuracy and efficiency
Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of mailroom and print equipment
Place service calls and coordinate repairs as needed
