Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with Mailroom and Loading Dock functions for the site
  • Coordinate with carriers for delivery windows
  • Maintain organized sorting areas with clear labeling for different tenants/departments
  • Utilize a chain of custody tool when receiving and delivering packages
  • Check for damage, proper addressing, and hazardous material labels
  • Maintain delivery receipts / proof of delivery
  • Maintain updated contact lists for urgent deliveries
  • Define clear steps for handling delivery disputes or issues
  • Limit loading dock access to authorized personnel only
  • Review monitors for abnormal activity
  • Lock high-value packages in designated secure areas
  • Notify personnel of package deliveries
  • Escort personnel as required to appropriate work area
  • Support the Operations team as needed with tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, equipment maintenance, building alarm monitoring, and building projects

Requirements:
