Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Mailroom Coordinator to join our clients' team in Basildon! If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love multitasking, and enjoy building strong relationships, this is the role for you!

Job Responsibility:

Managing daily mailroom operations for a smooth workflow
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
Collecting mail from various areas and ensuring timely distribution
Franking and processing outgoing mail with precision
Coordinating courier collections for efficient despatch
Keeping accurate records of mailroom activities
Managing mailroom supplies and vendor coordination
Processing purchase orders and handle invoice queries related to mailroom services
Ensuring security and confidentiality of all mail and packages
Supporting the continuous improvement of mailroom services
Collaborating with the team to implement best practises
Adhering to health & safety procedures and compliance

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Proven experience in developing strong client relationships
Proficient in MS Office and internal systems
A true team player who can also work independently
A proactive individual who can manage a busy and varied workload
A problem-solver with a measured approach to decision-making
