We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Mailroom Clerk to support daily mail and package operations in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling time‑sensitive materials.
Job Responsibility:
Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare outgoing mail and packages (including FedEx, UPS, USPS)
Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters and scanners
Track deliveries and maintain mail logs
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with courier services
Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive materials
Requirements:
Previous mailroom, office support, or clerical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift packages (typically up to 30 lbs)
Dependable with strong time-management skills
Basic computer skills and comfort using tracking systems
