The Mailroom & Digital Mail Services Manager leads all mailroom, courier, and digital mail operations, ensuring efficient, secure, and cost-effective service delivery. This role focuses on operational excellence, vendor and budget management, and continuous process improvement while delivering strong internal customer service. Location: Markham, On (onsite) Payrate: $30 per hour Full time hours on a 2 month contract (Strong potential of extension)
Job Responsibility
Oversee daily mailroom, courier, and digital mail operations
Drive service improvements and increase first-time resolution
Manage vendors and ensure SLA performance
Control expenses and manage budget vs. plan
Track performance using data, reporting, and Excel analysis
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards
Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
Maintain and update procedures and documentation
Collaborate with leaders and business units
Support sustainability and community initiatives
Requirements
3–5+ years in mailroom, logistics, or operations
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience managing vendors and budgets
Knowledge of digital mail systems is an asset
