Job Description

The Mailroom & Digital Mail Services Manager leads all mailroom, courier, and digital mail operations, ensuring efficient, secure, and cost-effective service delivery. This role focuses on operational excellence, vendor and budget management, and continuous process improvement while delivering strong internal customer service. Location: Markham, On (onsite) Payrate: $30 per hour Full time hours on a 2 month contract (Strong potential of extension)

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily mailroom, courier, and digital mail operations
  • Drive service improvements and increase first-time resolution
  • Manage vendors and ensure SLA performance
  • Control expenses and manage budget vs. plan
  • Track performance using data, reporting, and Excel analysis
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards
  • Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
  • Maintain and update procedures and documentation
  • Collaborate with leaders and business units
  • Support sustainability and community initiatives

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in mailroom, logistics, or operations
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience managing vendors and budgets
  • Knowledge of digital mail systems is an asset
