Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement marketing automation workflows in MailChimp, including customer journeys, triggers, segmentation, and behavior-based messaging
Build and manage email campaigns in MailChimp, such as creating audiences, templates, dynamic content, trigger campaigns, and scheduled sends to support marketing initiatives and promotions
Design and optimize drip campaigns in MailChimp that nurture leads and engage customers across the lifecycle, while monitoring performance and adjusting based on analytics and campaign results
Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, using MailChimp's reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvements
Conduct A/B testing on email elements like subject lines, content, and timing to enhance engagement and effectiveness in MailChimp
Ensure all MailChimp campaigns comply with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices for optimal deliverability
Requirements:
Proven expertise in MailChimp with a laser-focused skillset (not an email generalist)
Experience in developing marketing automation workflows, building email campaigns, and optimizing drip sequences
Ability to work on a short-term project remotely from US, Canada, or LATAM regions
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating and customizing responsive email templates within MailChimp
Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing and interpreting email performance metrics in MailChimp
Knowledge of email marketing compliance laws and integration of MailChimp with other tools or CRM systems
