We are looking for a dependable Mail Svcs Supervisor to support daily mail and office service operations at a client site in Toms River, New Jersey. This is a Contract position covering a leave of absence for an initial 2-month assignment, with the possibility of extension. The person in this role will oversee mail handling activities, help maintain organized shared spaces, and provide hands-on administrative support to keep workplace services running efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail activities, including sorting, preparing, and distributing materials in a timely manner
Coordinate printing, envelope preparation, and mail assembly to ensure documents are processed accurately
Manage day-to-day mailroom services and help maintain consistent service levels across the site
Reset and prepare conference rooms so meeting spaces remain orderly, functional, and ready for use
Track inventory of workplace and mailroom supplies and restock items before shortages affect operations
Provide general administrative assistance and complete additional office support duties as business needs change
Monitor operational workflows and address routine service issues to support smooth office functions
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mailroom, office services, or a related workplace support role
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Basic computer proficiency with the ability to handle standard office tasks and systems
Prior experience coordinating or supervising daily operational activities is preferred
Ability to manage printing, mail preparation, supply replenishment, and general office functions with accuracy
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities throughout the workday
Must be comfortable working fully on-site in Austin, Texas
Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements, including compliance with applicable substance screening requirements
