As a Mail Processing Assistant, you’ll serve as a key support for our Mail Delivery team — stepping in where needed to keep things running smoothly. You’ll learn the responsibilities of both our Mailing List Processor and Postage Collector positions to ensure every mailing goes out on time and exactly as our clients request.This position is ideal for someone who values accuracy, enjoys team collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collect and organize daily postage payments to meet strict deadlines
  • Coordinate with team members to hand off lists and mailings correctly
  • Make follow-up calls to clients about upcoming or missed mailings
  • Step in to cover team members as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
