Job Description:

Join our client's team as a Mail Operative in Birmingham. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile client's mail-room service in an energetic environment where every day is different.

Job Responsibility:

Represent our client with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting outstanding customer service at all times
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Handle inquiries from clients both face-to-face and over the phone with a friendly approach
File and retrieve documents within our established filing system
Book and receive courier items, ensuring timely delivery and receipt
Process archive files and track signature movements using on-site computer systems
Scanning of hard copy mail/files into PDF format using high speed scanners
Scanning of records
Quality checking scanned copy against physical mail/file item to ensure all pages have been scanned

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client needs
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to handle manual tasks and engage with various aspects of mailroom operations
