Job Responsibility:

Porterage Duties: Ensuring the timely and efficient movement of mail and packages within the office
Front Desk Support: Greeting visitors with a friendly smile and assisting with inquiries
Loading Bay Operations: Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and precision

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and visitors
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in mailroom operations or a similar role is a plus
