Job Description:

Temporary position as a Mail Operative in Reading, working Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM as part of a supportive team

Job Responsibility:

Receive, unload, and distribute incoming and outgoing deliveries
Manage incoming and outgoing post
Prepare mail and files for digital scanning
Conduct quality checks
Receive inbound couriers and book outbound deliveries
Collaborate with colleagues
Carry out essential administrative duties

Requirements:

Detail-oriented and organised
Team player with positive attitude
Ability to handle data entry
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as requested
