Job Responsibility:

Customer service excellence
Mail management - receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Client engagement - handle inquiries face-to-face and over the phone
Document handling - file and retrieve documents
Courier coordination - book and receive courier items
Archiving tasks - process archive files and track signature movements
Additional duties as assigned
