Mail Operative

• Porterage Duties: Ensuring the timely and efficient movement of mail and packages within the office
• Front Desk Support: Greeting visitors with a friendly smile and assisting with inquiries
• Loading Bay Operations: Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and precision

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and visitors
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in mailroom operations or a similar role is a plus
