The Front Desk Mailroom Support should have exceptional customer service literacy skills. This role is primarily responsible for managing the doorbell for deliveries, managing in-person Associate requests and signing for deliveries. In addition, this role will be responsible for receiving and sorting all incoming mail to distribute to other departments or individuals as well as respond to inbound calls and emails received in the general Mailroom Inbox.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the doorbell for deliveries

Receiving and sorting all incoming mail to distribute to other departments or individuals
Respond to inbound calls and emails received in the general Mailroom Inbox
Sort incoming Canada Post and interbranch mail
Complete mail runs as required
Sort and distribute mail bags arriving from different locations
Log and deliver incoming courier packages
Prepare courier packages for shipment via various courier companies
Log in phone, computer and respond to messages
Ensure visitors sign in and out when they enter and leave the building
Assist courier with inquiry for delivery to clients
Back up reception daily for lunch and breaks
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School or equivalent
Computer and Software skills
Customer Service skills
Good command of the English language
Comfortable speaking over the phone
Operate pump truck and mail cart
